Payment Options

For online orders we accept the following payment methods: Visa , Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck. We process our payments through the secure payment processing systems of PayPal (www.paypal.com). PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions with 64 million account members worldwide and is available in 45 countries around the world.

Product Availability and Delivery

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Detroit, MI (USA) or Stara Zagora (BULGARIA) within 24-48 hours. If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you at the address you provide us during the order process. We will give you the option to cancel your order and receive a refund at that time.

Please note that orders are not shipped until full payment has been received.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Detroit, MI (USA) or Stara Zagora (BULGARIA) via USPS airmail - Global Priority, Airmail Parcel Post, or Global Express Mail. Estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days but in some cases, it may take up to 15-20 business days to receive a shipment based on USPS processing times and customs delays (if applicable).

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any delays in shipping. By placing an order you accept our terms and conditions.

We have a standard Airmail Shipping fee of 1,300 for most purchases. If the nature of your shipment is such that it requires special processing or additional charges, we will contact you at the address you provide during the order placement process and advice you of any additional charges (if applicable). If you disagree with these additional charges, you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items. Please call us at +1.630.854.3392 if you have any questions.

Damages

Damages must be reported to the shipping courier and us immediately. Inspect all packages at the time of receipt. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged make sure the driver/delivery person noted this fact on the delivery sheet. You should then immediately contact the carrier office so that they can inspect the shipment. If you do not do this, then you accepted the box in good condition and nothing can be done about the damages. Once a package has been signed for it is assumed the package was delivered in good order.

Once the order leaves our store, we are not responsible for damages or loss in transit. By placing an order you accept our terms and conditions.
